4th Colloquium innoTRAC

On 26th and 27th November 2026, the fourth international colloquium innoTRAC will take place at the Chemnitz University of Technology. The innoTRAC sees itself as a platform for the exchange of information between researchers, developers and users of innovative traction and load-bearing mechanisms and the associated applications in the field of conveyor and material flow technology. The colloquium thus makes an important contribution to the research-based, interdisciplinary increase in knowledge in the field of traction and load-bearing mechanisms.

The innoTRAC Journal is an open access online journal which will be published every two years alongside with the innoTRAC Colloquium. It covers innovative traction and load-bearing mechanisms in research, development and application. Futhermore, it adresses cross-sectional topics such as hybrid systems, recycling and tribology.

Authors are welcome to publish their papers here. The main language is English, but German papers are also welcome. Peer-reviewed papers in English are appreciated and will be highlighted.
There are two ways to publish: (1) Authors submit their article by a normal review process. This is possible at any time, but keep in mind the release will be with the next colloquium. (2) Submission as part of the colloquium. Contributions to the colloquium will not be peer-reviewed as long this is not requested.
