Zahnelement zur Verwendung in einer Klauenkupplung
Resilient tooth element for torsionally flexible shaft coupling of dog clutch for transmitting rotational torque in machine, has tooth arranged between claws of coupling, where element is formed from spring steel as single-piece component
Kurzfassung in englisch
The element (1) has a partially spherical tooth (2) arranged between claws of a shaft coupling of a dog clutch. The element is formed from curved spring steel as a single-piece component and partially coated with a ceramic coating. An outer surface (10) of the tooth and a side piece are made of resilient materials. The outer surface and the side piece are arranged at edges of the claws. The tooth abuts between the claws under tension. A metallic cavity of damping elements (3, 4) comprises hollow microspheres that are filled with filling substance i.e. ceramic powder.
